I’m a HUGE Gossip Girl fan…Of the TV series, at least. I know there are books but I’ve never read them. I’m a HUGE Chuck/Blair fan, though, and was wondering if they hooked up in the books like they did on TV.

No. There is no Blair/Chuck in the Gossip Girl books. The plot was changed a lot for the TV show.
